Beating out the British Museum and the Louvre, the Musee d'Orsay, nestled on the banks of the Seine, takes first place, boasting a 79% 5-star rating.
Originally renovated from the long-abandoned Gare d'Orsay, the Musee d'Orsay opened in late 1986.
